  3. Approval: The visas will be processed and EVisas will be shared by mail

Types of Malaysia Visas

  1. E-Visa: One could apply an E-Visa online, for tourist visits to Malaysia, for a duration of 90 days with multi-entry, with up to 30 days for every visit.
  2. eNTRI: This is an initiative under the tourism promotions to Malaysia where the Government of Malaysia has provided an online registration facility to Indian nationals under the Visa Waiver Program, which is called Electrnic Travel Registration & Information (eNTRI)
  3. Offline Visa: One could also apply offline in one of the Malaysia visa application centers in India by visiting them personally.

  1. Prepare all documents in A4 size

  2. Ensure that all the scan copies are in colour, clear and readable

  3. Do not staple any of the documents

  1. Scanned copy of the Passport,

    1. First & last pages copies in colour, JPEG format

    2. Must not be older than 10 years

    3. Must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date,

    4. Copies of old passports, if any to be submitted

  2. Recent coloured photographs,

    1. Should be of passport sizes, 35 MM by 45 MM, matte finish

    2. Must be new ones, of less than 3 months, taken from a studio (no selfies)

    3. Should be on a white background, centrally positioned, with full face coverage of 70% space

  3. Malaysia Visa Application Form to be filled & submitted

  4. Cover letter detailing the purpose of the trip

  5. Bank statement of past 6 months, duly signed and sealed by the bank officials. It's advisable to have at least Rs 30,000/- per person, as minimum balance in your bank account before the travel.

  6. If the passports are issued in other states, Address proof, on company's letter head, originally signed & sealed

  7. Flight tickets, for onward & return

  8. Hotel confirmaiton, for all the nights of stay

  9. Birth certificates for minors aged less than 14 years

  10. Invite letter from the relative staying in Malaysia, in case of visiting a relative

  11. For business visas, covering letter and invite letter from the company in Malaysia are also mandatory
