For Indian passport holders, Singapore visa process involves the following,
Document preparation & verification: Preparation of documents (refer the below checklist for more details) usually takes about 5 to 6 days.
Document submission: The documents need to be submitted to The High Commission of Singapore. There are no fingerprint scanning and the submissions may be managed through a third party.
Approval process: Singapore immigration officials review and approve the visas. It usually takes around 5 days for the whole approval process.
Receipt of visa: The visa comes in the form of an electronic document, which can be printed.

Prepare all documents in A4 size
Ensure that all the scan copies are clear and readable
Do not staple any of the documents
Embassy may ask for additional documents, during the approval process
The below is a summary of documents needed as part of the Singapore visa processing,
Original passport of the applicant,
Handwritten passports aren’t acceptable
Must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date
Must have at least 2 blank pages
One copy of first and last page of passport to be attached
Application Form (Form 14A)
Shall be filled with blue or black pen
If the form is typed, signature is mandatory on all pages
Use the same pen for the entire form
Resident address in form should be same as passport
Do not leave any fields empty
In case of corrections, counter sign against the same field
Photographs: Three recent coloured photographs,
Must be new photos, matte finish
Should be of 35mm X 45mm in dimensions

Should not be wearing a white shirt, against white background
Should have at least 80% face coverage
Should be taken within less than 3 months
Name & passport numbers must be written behind the photos
Income Tax Returns (ITR) files for last 3 years
Flight tickets: The to and fro flight tickets should be attached
Bank statement: Original and updated bank statement for the last 3 months, with the bank’s seal and signature of the authorised person at bank
Covering letter: To be addressed to The Singapore High Commission, mentioning the below,

No of passengers traveling together
Details of itinerary, places to visit and stay
Applicant’s employment details
Details of previous visits to Singapore, if any
Details of local sponsor, if any

For Employed applicants,
Employment certificate/offer letter
NOC/leave letter sanctioned by authorised official
Payslips of last 3 months
For Proprietor/owner applicants,
Cover letter on company’s letter head
Company’s original bank statement, with bank’s seal & signature
Income Tax Returns (ITR) of the company for the last 3 years
Company memo/partnership deal/establishment license
For Students applicants,
Leave letter or report card issued from School
School ID
For Sponsored applicants,
Proof of sponsorship and/or private accommodation by completing a national form of the Schengen State concerned
For Retired applicants,
Proof of retirement
Pension statements of last 3 months

If you’ve not travelled to any of the countries among US, Schengen, UK, Australia, Japan, New Zealand or Canada, the below additional documents are needed,
Hotel confirmation vouchers for all the nights, with the hotel name, address, telephone number and email ID, along with the payment receipt.
Employment proof/offer letter or NOC from company
If the applicant is traveling for honeymoon, then the marriage certificate or marriage card along with the engagement photographs are needed. Fresh photos are needed, instead of old ones, which were used for an earlier visa.
