- Invitation Letter From Company- An invitation letter from the organization shall be provided at a time when a particular employee is invited to the company or at a time when the company is setting up a business meeting or conference attracting companies from different countries to the benefit of the company.
Documents required for getting an Oman work visa
- Two photographs of dimensions 40X60mm.
- A copy of the applicant’s passport.
- The passport should not expire at least 6 months from the date of travel.

Documents required for getting a student visa
- Two pictures of the applicant of the size 40X60 mm.
- A copy of the passport of the applicant. The passport should not expire at least six months from the date of journey
- Authorized signature of the signatories issued by the Department of Commerce and industry.
- If a situation occurs in which the applicant’s sponsor can not submit an application in Oman, the Omani delegate may, instead, submit a letter of authorization from the Directorate-General for Passport and Residence.
